Some people who come to Therapy Aligned have a health plan the practice is not in-network with. In that case, sessions are paid at the self-pay rate, and a superbill is available on request.
Therapy Aligned also accepts several insurance plans.
Our standard self-pay rate is $200 per standard 53-minute individual session. Other individual-session lengths are billed in proportion to that rate; couples, family, and group sessions are priced separately.
Self-pay clients receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges.
A superbill is an itemized receipt. Therapy Aligned provides one on request, which a client can submit to their own insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Reimbursement depends on the client’s plan. Therapy Aligned cannot tell a client what their plan will pay and does not guarantee reimbursement.
If you choose to submit a superbill to your insurer, you are sharing that information with your plan yourself.
