Chandni works with adults and couples navigating co-occurring disorders, trauma, addiction, and step-down care from higher levels of treatment. She also works with professionals in high-demand corporate environments facing career identity shifts, workplace dynamics, and relational strain.

Couples Therapy

Chandni offers virtual couples therapy across New Jersey — working with partners navigating conflict cycles, communication breakdown, trust ruptures, life transitions, and the relational strains that often accompany individual mental health or addiction challenges.
