Clinical Training & Leadership

Leading teams across every level of care

Jacob’s clinical foundation was built at the Center for Network Therapy, one of New Jersey’s leading substance use treatment programs. As Program Coordinator, he led his interdisciplinary team across multiple levels of care — ambulatory detox, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient — coordinating treatment planning, family sessions, and continuity of care across clinical, medical, and psychiatric staff. In this role, he was responsible for training interns across clinical rotations, providing hands-on mentorship in assessment, documentation, group facilitation, and clinical decision-making. His CADC internship at the same site gave him direct experience across the full continuum from acute stabilization through step-down recovery.
